Parinay may use service providers and infrastructure in different regions to operate secure accounts, discovery, communication, payments, and support. This page summarizes the main transfer categories.
Service providers: Supabase, deployment host edge network
Default region: Production region to be finalized before launch
Mechanism: Contractual commitments and production region selection before go-live.
Publish final controller entity, hosting region, and backup region in the counsel-approved launch pack.
Service providers: MSG91 when configured, Resend when configured
Default region: Vendor region varies by provider and message route
Mechanism: Provider DPA, telecom compliance terms, and contract review before activation.
No provider should be enabled in production without DPA review and region-specific terms being recorded.

Default region: Platform and telemetry vendor dependent
Mechanism: Vendor contract, data minimization, and telemetry scrub rules.
Observability stays vendor-neutral until a production provider is approved and documented.
