Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Parinay websites, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://www.parinay.com/privacy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where additional terms apply to a specific feature, those terms control for that feature if they conflict with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age we publish for the Services in your region. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from receiving products or services under applicable law.

Accounts and registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@example.com or https://www.parinay.com/contact.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services. Without limitation, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party systems used to deliver them.

Your content and license to us

You retain rights in content you submit (for example profile text or photos). To operate the Services, you grant Parinay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for providing, securing, and improving the Services and enforcing these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license for content you submit.

Service partners

Parinay may use trusted service partners for account access, hosting, payments, communication, safety, analytics, and support. We describe key categories in our Privacy Policy and data partner pages. Some paid or optional features may also present feature-specific terms before you use them.

Fees and paid features

If we offer paid plans or in-product purchases, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and refund rules will be presented before purchase and may be governed by additional purchase terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Parinay DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Matrimonial introductions involve human judgment; we do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or the conduct of other users.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Parinay AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Parinay for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred currency units unless a different cap is required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parinay and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections continue to apply. Dispute handling, venue, and any additional process will be described in the relevant purchase or account terms when required.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or must comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the document version metadata on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
